Nexus Venture Capital Holdings B.V. is the single principal and group financing company of the Nexus group. It receives capital from funding partners, deploys it into wholly owned subsidiaries and project-dedicated SPVs, and — where appropriate — isolates project assets through Dutch bankruptcy-remote structures. The model is designed around board-level decision-making, transparent reporting and arm’s-length, documented financing.
