Partners & infrastructure

We work with established execution and custody providers, including Kraken and BLOX, subject to their terms and applicable regulatory requirements. All treasury activity is governed by internal policies covering custody, segregation, liquidity and risk limits. They are independent third parties; references to them do not imply endorsement of Nexus.

Regulatory position

Our digital asset treasury is proprietary and intra-group. Where an activity falls within the scope of MiCAR or other EU or Dutch regulations, Nexus will obtain the required licence or rely on an applicable exemption before conducting that activity.
